Terms of Service

Welcome to Anatomix Bath (Anatomix Bath). These terms govern your use of anatomixbath.in and any order you place with us.

1. Orders

Prices are in INR and inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Discounts and coupon codes apply at checkout and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. An order confirmation is not an acceptance — we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error, out of stock, unverifiable payment) and will notify you.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant) in INR. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (where available). Your card/UPI details never touch our servers. A COD order is accepted only in serviceable pincodes and may be subject to order-value limits (TODO: confirm with client).

3. Delivery & risk

Delivery timelines are estimates (see Shipping Policy). Risk passes to you on delivery. Inspect your parcel at the time of delivery and report damage/missing items within 48 hours.

4. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Used/installed items may be rejected or restocked per inspection (TODO: confirm restocking fee with client).

5. Warranty

Products carry the finish/manufacturing warranty stated on the product page (see Warranty page). Claims require order ID and photos and are subject to inspection.

6. Limitation & disputes

Product images are representative; finishes may vary slightly by batch and screen. We are not liable for damage from incorrect installation or misuse. These terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of India (TODO: confirm jurisdiction/courts with client).
